Guarantee & Refund Policy

Dahlia Tuber Guarantee
We guarantee that our dahlia tubers will arrive true to variety, firm, and viable, with at least one visible eye at the time of shipment.
Because tubers are living, perishable products, all orders must be inspected upon arrival.

Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kimberblossoms@gmail.com.
Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be considered. To help us review your request, please include:
•    Your order number
•    Clear photos of the tuber(s) and your concerns
•    Photos of the original packaging, if applicable

What Is Covered
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for tubers that:
•    Arrive completely rotten, broken, or severely dried out
•    Arrive without a viable eye
If approved, refunds apply to the purchase price of the tuber only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What Is Not Covered
Once tubers are planted, they are considered fully under the care of the grower.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
•    Tubers that fail to sprout after planting
•    Rot, pests, or disease that occur after planting
•    Damage caused by improper storage, freezing, overheating, or planting conditions
•    Weather events, shipping delays, or carrier handling once packages leave our farm
•    Virus or virus-like symptoms (see below)

Replacement Policy
Due to the seasonal and limited nature of our inventory, we do not offer replacement tubers.
If a claim is approved, an email and refund will be issued.

Virus Disclaimer
We carefully monitor and manage our fields throughout the growing season; however, dahlia viruses can be difficult to detect and are not fully preventable. 
By purchasing from Kimber Blossoms Flower Farm (KBFF), you acknowledge and accept this risk. We do not guarantee against virus and do not offer refunds for virus-related issues.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 14 days of purchase and are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover transaction and processing costs.
Orders that have already been pulled or shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

Crop Failure
Occasionally, tubers fail in late storage, and a refund will be issued for any ‘crop failure’ due to tuber quality, including applicable shipping fees. 

Customer Conduct
We are committed to providing respectful and helpful customer service, and strive to respond to all inquiries within 72 hours. We ask that all communication remains courteous. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who uses threatening, abusive, or inappropriate language. By ordering from our website, you agree to the terms and refund policies.
